Charlie is a former Major League outfielder who played 11 professional seasons with the Cardinals, White Sox, Pirates, and Phillies. A second-round draft pick out of New Trier High School, he made his MLB debut with the Chicago White Sox in 2016. Tilson posted a .288 career batting average, stole more than 150 bases and was named the top defensive outfielder in the Cardinals organization by Baseball America.

A Chicago-area native and Maine South High School alum, Schlitter began his professional journey after being drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 2007. He played in the MLB for the Chicago Cubs and Oakland Athletics. Schlitter’s career also includes international experience with Japan’s Saitama Seibu Lions.

Ryan Lidge is a Barrington native. He was a standout catcher at Notre Dame, where he was named the Johnny Bench Award Watch List twice, and was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 20th round of the 2017 MLB Draft. In 2022, he was named an American Association All-Star with the Chicago Dogs where he hit .322 with 12 HRs and 80 RBIs. Known for his leadership, mental toughness, and competitiveness, Lidge now serves as a mental performance coach with ZoneCoach®, where he helps athletes develop confidence, focus, and a championship mindset.

Jeremy is originally from the NW suburbs of Chicago and returns to the area after over a decade of work in and around professional baseball. Jeremy coached in the minor leagues and scouted with the Tampa Bay Rays and Seattle Mariners as well as spending time working for the Office of the Commissioner of MLB in New York. Most recently, Jeremy spent years at Driveline in Washington where he coached and helped build their youth academy.

Andrew Touhy is a former Denison University standout, All-Conference selection, and team captain who brings that same drive to Crosstown Baseball. A Wilmette native and Loyola Academy alumnus, Andrew has a deep passion for teaching hitting, working closely with young athletes to understand & sharpen their swing and build the confidence to perform at the plate.

Shawn Goosenberg is a former Northwestern infielder who was a three-year starter for the Wildcats. Goosenberg earned All-Big Ten honors in 2019 and 2021 and led Northwestern in multiple offensive categories throughout his career, most notably hitting 14 HRs over 28 games. He was selected by the Chicago White Sox in the 2021 MLB Draft and went on to play throughout their minor-league system. Goosenberg has also represented Team Israel internationally.

Ethan O’Donnell brings an accomplished collegiate and professional playing background to Crosstown. A standout outfielder at Northwestern, Ethan hit .320 with 10 home runs as a sophomore while setting the program’s single-season record with 24 doubles. He later transferred to the University of Virginia, where he earned First Team All-ACC and Gold Glove honors before being selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the sixth round of the 2023 MLB Draft. Ethan brings a high-level understanding of hitting, outfield play, and player development to athletes of all ages.

Cole Nelson joins Crosstown this offseason while continuing his professional playing career. A versatile infielder, Cole hit .326 with 12 home runs and 47 RBI in his final season at Lewis University before beginning his professional career, playing with the Chicago Dogs and Kane County Cougars of the American Association and the Schaumburg Boomers of the Frontier League. Cole’s father, Tom Nelson, coached Charlie Tilson, Brian Schlitter, and Ryan Lidge during their time with the Chicago Dogs.
