Spring Pitching Development Series
Led by former Chicago Cub Brian Schlitter and supported by members of the Crosstown Baseball Academy staff, this premium small-group pitching program is designed to help pitchers develop efficient mechanics, establish strong arm-care routines, and improve command and consistency on the mound.
Limited to just six players, this program ensures high-touch instruction, detailed feedback, and structured progressions in an environment that emphasizes long-term development, confidence, and durability.

Brian Schlitter
A Chicago-area native and Maine South High School alum, Schlitter began his professional journey after being drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 2007. He played in the MLB for the Chicago Cubs and Oakland Athletics. Schlitter’s career also includes international experience with Japan’s Saitama Seibu Lions.
