Defensive Playmaking Series
Footwork. Glovework. Game Awareness.
Led by former Major League outfielder Charlie Tilson, who played all three outfield positions at the big-league level with the Chicago White Sox and was rated the top defensive outfielder in the St. Louis Cardinals organization by Baseball America, this series is assisted by three-year Northwestern starting shortstop Tony Livermore.
Training centers on the core defensive skills that separate strong defenders from average ones: first-step reads, efficient footwork, clean glove work, and smart positioning. Players learn how to move with purpose, arrive on time, and stay balanced through the ball, allowing their actions under pressure to feel natural and repeatable through purposeful, decision-based reps.
Our goal is to help players slow the game down, trust their preparation, and become dependable defenders their teams can count on.
